Friday: 6:30pm - 9:30pm (Doors open at 6pm) Saturday: 10am-4pm. Doors open 9:30am. Sunday: 10am-2pm (Doors open @ 9:30am) When you arrive, you will go to the registration table to get your name tag, goodie bag and program booklet. Coffee / Tea / Water / and Soda will be a)ailable when you arrive. Each person registered has a chance at the Grand Prize which is something that will enhance their lifestyle. Lessons begin @ 10am. We teach a dance and then do it with music. We follow that with 15 minutes of social dance. Then repeat. We provide a "Heart Smart" Box Lunch of sandwich, chips, soda and water or coffee. Grand Prize is given at lunch. 50/50 Raffle starts at 11am and is called at 3pm. Winner gets 1/2. Our instructors will be teaching "new and current" dances for this workshop.

We are NOT mainstream, so our dance levels are for Starters - Beginners - Experienced (we do not do high impact or advanced dancing) Many of our seniors have been dancing for years but don't choose to do high impact dances. As we age, many of us deal with aches & pains, arthritis, high cholesterol and high blood pressure. High impact dances only irritate these conditions. For this reason, we stay with good, easy, fun-to-learn and fun-to-do low impact dances. We add variations for the more experienced dancer so everyone dances but at his/her level.
We will include for this event 2 "New" Mainstream Dances.
